BOOK REVIEW – Justice (Creed Brothers #1) by KC Lynn

    Synopsis

Fate made us brothers, loyalty made us family.
A bond that runs deeper than the Mississippi, my brothers and I might not have the same DNA but what we share is far more powerful. Our loyalty to one another and the man who made us a family is stronger than those bound by blood.
The most sought out sharp shooters in the country, our paths were certain, before one woman changed my life and altered the relationship I have with my brothers.

BOOK REVIEW — Paper Princess by Erin Watt

I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to pick this little beauty up and read it. I have just begun the most ridiculously delicious obsession with these Royals.

Wow. What an all consuming, highly addictive, fast paced, hot as hell story this has turned out to be. And holy cliffhanger batman! In a way, I’m kind of glad I waited, because the second this review is posted, I will be diving into book  2!

BOOK REVIEW — Midnight Blue by LJ Shen

What do you get when you cross a foul-mouth, bad-boy, drug and alcohol addicted British rockstar with a gorgeously sweet, innocent, loyal, selfless and totally loveable ‘baby-sitter’ who must be at his side at all times to make sure he’s keeping clean?

One of the h.o.t.t.e.s.t rockstar romances to grace the pages of my eReader, that’s what.

What to read next: 5 books to help you cure a book hangover!

    We’ve all been there.

That dreaded book hangover that hits us booknerds without any warning what-so-ever. I guess in a way, it’s not as if I don’t want one. Having one is a reminder of the epic-ness that was the last book you just read. And we all love finding those beauties! But sometimes while in the middle of one, it’s really hard to find a book that doesn’t fall flat, even though on another day when your mind is clear and ready for more, it would have been a 5 star winner.

Hey everyone. As you can see, The Romance Room is no more and my new name change has finally taken place. Facebook has rejected my request to change the name of The Romance Room page and I have had no choice but to start again. I would absolutely hate to lose you guys are followers over there so when you get a second, please head over and give it a ‘like’. I have linked my social media accounts below.

A new year means a new space to work…

I have been wanting to update my office space for a while now, but trying to find time to head to the shops on my own without the kids so I can walk the isles in peace is extremely hard to do. Now that the little guy is back at daycare after a little time off over the Christmas break, today was as good a time as any to update a little corner of our house and make it mine (again). Since the family take over everywhere, I was always working from our dining room table.

BOOK REVIEW: The Ones Who Got Away by Roni Loren

“I’m back in the town that thinks I’m a hero when I wasn’t, talking to some reporter about stuff I wish I could forget, and standing here with the girl I almost got killed — and I still don’t know what to say to her.”

I have spent the last 13 days flicking through my kindle, with hundreds of titles that have not be able to grab my attention. I one-clicked this book on release day and have been completely intrigued by its premise ever since. I’m currently away on holiday with my kids and have had a fair bit of time to read, and I’ve ended up finishing this book in 2 days! Roni Loren was a new author for me, and I’m so damn glad I took the plunge and read this book. It was absolutely everything I was looking for right now and such a wonderful way to start the year!
